Human Resources uses a variety of information technology products to process personnel-related transactions. Below are the programs and uses for each product, as well as information on how to access the programs.
connectU (SAP Successfactors) houses the Recruitment module and the Performance module
Access connectU at connectu.olemiss.edu. Guides are available on the home page.
Campus members may access the Recruitment module if they are listed as a search committee member or a department administrator.
The Performance module is available for all regular-eligible employees. The online program is used to administer all Performance Management forms including:
- New Hire Checklist (optional)
- Probationary Review for Staff
- Staff Performance Reviews
- Progressive Discipline Notices
- Exit Interview
Org charts are also available in connectU. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for requested org chart changes.
On the “Employee” tab within myOleMiss, there are 15 Human Resources apps under “My HR Tools” tile and the E-forms program under the “E-forms” tile.
