11/09 Career-Life Connector Presents For Staff: Wellbeing and Resilience: Building a Better You: The Career-Life Connector program is offering a professional and personal development opportunity to faculty and staff. The program is titled, Wellbeing and Resilience: Building a Better You by Dr. Seena Haines and Dr. Stuart Haines, both faculty in the School of Pharmacy (UMMC location). The goal of the program is to help participants build the skills to handle setbacks and lead a fulfilling personal and professional life. Given COVID-19, the program will review concepts related to resilience and self-care strategies to improve mind, body, and spirit. Furthermore, participants will learn how individuals can contribute to a more joyful workplace. The program requires participants to commit to a 12-week program, attending 6 sessions, lasting 1.5 hours each on Monday evenings via Zoom. A digital credential will be awarded upon completion of all program requirements. The program will consist of a faculty cohort and a staff cohort, limited to 20 each.

These sessions are provided for your personal and professional development, but keep in mind that when you register you are making a commitment to attend.
