09/22 connectU Applicant Management: The Applicant Management process within connectU, powered by SAP SuccessFactors, is an efficient, robust means of managing applicant flow, communications, background checks, and the offer approval process. The applicant management training will focus on how to view the application materials and how to move the applicants through the talent pipeline, either selecting the candidate for hire or removing the candidates from consideration, and initiating the offer approval form. Applicant management training is encouraged for all search committee participants, hiring supervisors, and department contacts (chairs and administrative support) responsible for the recruitment process within their department.
