The university emphasizes the importance of constructive, respectful communication of its employees in all university-related activities, both on and off-campus, as it reflects positively on the institution. Any form of unprofessional or discourteous behavior (including but not limited to the use of profane, vulgar, or offensive language, shouting, horseplay, derogatory comments, etc.) while at work and/or when performing work-related duties will not be tolerated.”
