The connectU home page is getting a face lift! The next time you login to connectU, you will notice a new look and feel. The new home page design is expected to provide a more personal and customized experience for employees.

 

 

The new sections of the homepage are highlighted below:

 

Quick Actions: The quick actions section is comprised of frequent tasks that you can complete without navigating away from the home page.

 

Approvals: The approvals section is like the “to do” section on the current version of the home page. Items in the approvals section include things such as Job Requisition, Offer Approvals, and Review Performance. The boxes below are called engagement cards. These cards will stack for common categories based on urgency.

 

For You Today: This section will show employees’ tasks that they have due or outstanding in engagement cards. These engagement cards can be dismissed, or you can select to be reminded the next day. This section may not always be visible if there are no action items that apply; each employees’ experience with this section will be different.

 

Organizational Updates: This section is similar to the “tiles” in the current version of the homepage. Here you will find resources and learning guides for recruiting & search committees along with resources for the performance review process.
