Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pennsylvania, this plan provides income security in the event of an employee or family member’s untimely death or in the case of dismemberment. Benefits are payable for loss of life in the case of accidental death or a percentage of the policy holder or dependent’s principal sum in the event of dismemberment.
