The Learning and Development area’s primary goal is to offer the University of Mississippi’s staff and faculty an opportunity for continual growth. Our seminars cover an array of topics to improve your professional skills and personal development.

These sessions are provided for your personal and professional development, but keep in mind that when you register you are making a commitment to attend. If you are not sure that you can attend, wait to register until you have checked your calendar for conflicts. We will discuss how to control and manage your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar. Participants can opt to have body fat percentage measured by Onsite Coach via bioelectrical impedance. The coach will discuss body mass index (BMI) versus body fat percentage and the impact both measures have on health.
