Employee Value Survey
A survey was sent out on 12/16/2022 with the goal to gauge what employees valued / held as important when comparing Job title, Base Pay, Daily Responsibilities, Work Culture. Thank you to those who responded, we had over 1000+ surveys completed! Below you will find a few of the data points that the survey produced. This information is being used in two ways.
