Employee Value Survey

A survey was sent out on 12/16/2022 with the goal to gauge what employees valued / held as important when comparing Job title, Base Pay, Daily Responsibilities, Work Culture.  Thank you to those who responded, we had over 1000+ surveys completed!  Below you will find a few of the data points that the survey produced.  This information is being used in two ways.

  1. Help build the Compensation Playbook (how we manage our new program)
  2. Help build our implementation plan
