Human Resources’ Records and Student Employment staff members bring years of experience to Ole Miss, embracing such duties as coordinating student employment and processing newly hired employees.

Regina Johnson leads the team as senior assistant director of human resources and is celebrating 24 years of service. Her career began immediately after graduating from the university, and she has served in many roles in Human Resources. Johnson, along with her husband, Eric Johnson of Printing Services, and son, Amani Johnson, is an avid sports fan. Proudly, she shares that Amani will be attending the University of Mississippi in the fall and will be a member of the Ole Miss football team.

“I truly believe that your actions speak volumes about your character,” Johnson said. “You can make your mouth say anything; however, we should treat all people with dignity and respect.” And as such, she includes the quote “We are judged by our actions, not by our intentions” in her email messages.
