Leading at the Speed of Trust is a highly interactive workshop that engages leaders at all levels in the real work of identifying and closing the trust gaps that exist in your organization. The process includes planning for performance by setting clearly defined objectives (individual goals), on-going coaching (formal and informal), and highlighting success, while emphasizing the importance of follow-through. This process aligns with the University?s mission, specifically providing opportunities for learning, discovery, and engagement.
